These cuties are from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. They are native California birds. they are shy so you seldome get close enough to get a good photo of them along the shore.

Yeah.. Therre were at least 30 people in the room potographing and talking and watching them so I suspect it is a bit much. You can't get close but I bet the noise is hard on them.
